Something special is crafted at our Bruzaholm facility. With strong hands and warm hearts, we produce castings of the highest quality. Drawing on deep experience, we offer both standard alloys and proprietary BZH alloys – some now industry benchmarks. Through close dialogue, we help you select the ideal alloy to strengthen your offering.
Our Materials
BZ95™NiHard.
BZ95™ is Bruzaholm’s custom version of NiHard 1, optimized with specific carbon, chromium, and nickel levels. Since the 1960s, it’s been known as the most durable material for asphalt and concrete mixers. With a hardness of 650 HB, BZ95™ is extremely wear-resistant, offering excellent abrasion, erosion, and corrosion resistance.
BZ720™ for combustion of biomass.
BZ720™ contains 26% chromium and withstands temperatures up to 1050°C. This material is highly cost-effective and has proven durability even in tougher combustion environments.
BZ816™ for combustion of biomass.
BZ816™ with a chromium content of 31-33%, is used in the most heat-exposed applications. With temperature resistance up to 1150°C, BZ816™ meets the industry's most extreme demands.
1.4777 for
combustion
of biomass.
Material 1.4777, with 27–30% chromium, offers excellent heat and corrosion resistance – ideal for demanding, long-life applications.
BZ652™ for combustion
of waste.
BZ652™ contains 26% chromium and 2% nickel, making it a highly versatile material for standard combustion applications.
BZ654™ for combustion
of waste.
BZ654™ with 26% chromium and 4% nickel, delivers exceptional performance and durability in the most demanding applications.
1.4823 for
combustion
of waste.
The standard material 1.4823 offers high wear resistance and thermal shock durability—ideal for extreme conditions.
